OnBase Virtual Print Driver allows your users to virtually print any document that could be sent to a printer. By sending a print job to the OnBase Virtual Print Driver, an image rendition of the print job is created and options exist to either prompt the user to index the document immediately, or save the document for centralized indexing. This versatile tool is used by thousands of OnBase customers to produce efficiencies in the capture of printed documents.
