Executive Roundtable: Pareto’s 80/20 Impact on Your ECM Roadmap

October 13, 2014 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm CDT

Join your executive peers during Naviant’s Annual ECM Leadership Summit for an Executive Roundtable discussion on Pareto’s 80/20 Impact on Your ECM Roadmap.  Taking place from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM on Monday, October 13th at the famous Harley-Davidson Museum, this interactive session is sure to bring new ideas to the classic Pareto concept.  Please be sure to stay and join us for what is going to be an amazing dinner event at the exclusive Harley-Davidson Motor Restaurant onsite.

Executive Roundtable Details

The Pareto Principle (the 80/20 Rule) is a foundational concept that Naviant and thousands of companies apply to manage their business more effectively each day. The concept is simple: 80% of your results come from 20% of your efforts (80% of your sales come from 20% of your clients, 80% of profits come from 20% of products, 80% of quality problems often come from 20% of causes, etc.).

Join your peers for an Executive Roundtable focused on how to apply this same 80/20 principle when developing an ECM/BPM roadmap (Enterprise Content Management/Business Process Management) or identifying process inefficiencies that can provide valuable insights that really make a difference. This interactive session will provide planning guidelines as well as an opportunity to hear from our clients with real life examples on the importance of focusing on the 20% that matters.  By identifying, prioritizing, and focusing on those 20% processes, your ECM/BPM strategies and enhancements will yield valuable results.

This interactive session facilitated by Naviant Group Principal Consultants Terry Weitgenant and Russ Spaulding, along with a guest speaker and 80/20 expert, will help you better understand how ECM enabling technologies, like OnBase, can help you allocate limited resources where you will get the most return on your investment.

Key Highlights Include

  • Executive Peers Presenting Their Real Life Examples
  • Review Basics of Pareto’s Principle (80/20 Rule)
  • Using 80/20 to Identify Key Process Inefficiencies
  • Applying 80/20 Principles to Your ECM Strategy
